App Permission One of the biggest features in the Android 6.0 Marshmallow is the app permission. Google has increased user control of app permission with its latest Android operating system. This features let users to pick and choose which permission will an app have during installation. In addition to that, users can also manage all their app permission in settings.

Now on Tap Google announced a new feature called 'Now on Tap' for Google Now, which basically show contextual information by long pressing on the home button. This feature will offer contextual information based on what you are doing with just a click or by voice command

Doze Mode Android 6.0 Marshmallow comes with Doze mode, which is believed to make Android device smart in managing power. The new feature will track via motion detection whether the device is left unattended for a while, than Doze will limit background activity of apps with are consuming battery power.

Auto Backup and Restore Google also brings one of the most useful features for Android Marshmallow. The auto backup and restore for apps feature will get all apps backed up automatically to Google Drive. Google confirms that the automatic app backup will occur every 24 hours. Battery Life Battery life is the biggest concern in the Android smartphones, in the earlier version of Android 5.0 Lollipop, the battery life was the major issue. Google claims that the latest Marshmallow will come with intelligent Doze mode, which will manager the power. For instance, in the older version of Android, if you have two different Twitter apps installed, and when you click a link to open twitter post on the Web or in any app, Android will ask which app to use. But in the Android Marshmallow, if the app is verified by Google as the Twitter app, then it will be used as default, regardless of you set preference and without your preference.

No Changes In UI Well, we expected that the new Android will come with latest UI changes, but there is absolutely no way that Lollipop and Marshmallow are apart, except a bunch of new wallpapers.
